Anna RobertsonNZ Team Announcements

We are proud to share the athletes and officials selected to represent Aotearoa New Zealand at the 2025 World University Summer Games—a major international event that brings together the world’s top student-athletes for 12 days of elite competition.

Held every two years, the World University Summer Games is second only to the Olympic Games in terms of athlete participation and number of countries in attendance. With 14 compulsory sports and up to three additional ones selected by the host nation, the Games offer an incredible platform to highlight the talent, discipline, and passion of university athletes on the world stage.

The full multisport New Zealand team is coordinated by University and Tertiary Sport New Zealand (UTSNZ).

We’re thrilled to see gymnastics so strongly represented, and proud of the athletes and officials selected to wear the silver fern in 2025.
