Accreditation photos must be one recent digital colour photo as per the following specifications:

1. Jpeg file format
2. Dimensions: 35mm wide x 45mm high and min. 210 x 270 pixels, max. 420 x 540 pixels
3. File size: not bigger than 1MB
4. Each photo must be named in the format: CODE – SURNAME – FIRST NAME e.g. MAG – Smith – John
5. Person must be photographed against a plain neutral background
6. No other person should be visible in the photo
