Our new charity partnership with Cystic Fibrosis NZ

Anna Robertsone-News

Did you know that gymnastics (especially trampolining) is a great treatment for people with Cystic Fibrosis? With this in mind, we are pleased to announce Cystic Fibrosis New Zealand (CFNZ) as our new charity partner.

Cystic fibrosis is a progressive, lifelong, and life shortening genetic condition that has no cure. It causes the body to produce mucus that damages the lungs, digestive system, liver, and other parts of the body. Gymnastics, particularly trampolining, can help to mobilise and clear this mucus and minimalise the chance of infection.

Our very own Olympic medallist, Dylan Schmidt, has agreed to be an ambassador for this charity. Read about what he had to share with CFNZ community.

We very much look forward to working with CFNZ to help improve the lives of those with cystic fibrosis here in NZ.
