2016-2017Term 3 will be finished soon, which means that planning for 2017 should be well in your thoughts. Although it can be hard to focus on next year with so much currently going on and plenty yet to come this year, it’s really important to start thinking ahead and putting plans in place. Time waits for no one and it will be 2017 before we know it.

New Judging cycle 2017-2020
Coach and Judge Education is going to need to be a crucial area of focus for 2017, partially because it’s the start of a new judging cycle so all judges will need to re-qualify.

Coach Education and Health & Safety
Clubs need to ensure that their coaches are trained to the level they are coaching at, in order to comply with the new Health and Safety legislation.

Strategic Plan (multi-annual) and Annual Plan 2017
Is the Club’s Strategic Plan still up-to-date or does it need to be reviewed? What has the club achieved in regards to objectives, strategies, and actions of both the Strategic Plan and the 2016 Annual Plan?  And what still needs to be done that carries over to 2017?
