Following on from the announcement in February that the New Zealand Gymnastics Championships will be moved to the July school holidays in 2020, a team have been working on the project plan for the change which was released to the community at the end of May. The process has been aptly named ‘Project 2020.’
This plan provides clarity for clubs on the projects identified to support the change, who will be involved and when clubs can expect to receive the information they need for their own planning purposes leading into 2020.
We encourage clubs to start thinking about what the change might mean for them. We will put in place an open feedback process whereby clubs can communicate any issues they come across at any time.
