The Waitoa Free Range Chicken Star of the Week certificates are proving to be very popular. It is great to see lots of Clubs recognising the achievements of their recreational athletes on their Facebook pages. If you are posting pictures of your Stars of the Week on any social media, please can you use #waitoagymstars so that we can see them.  It also helps us to show our sponsors all the things Clubs are doing to promote the Stars of the Week programme.

Initially, Clubs were sent two terms worth of certificates. If you are starting to run low, please contact the help desk for more certificates. If you weren’t part of the Waitoa Star of the Week programme in term 1 and would like to know more about it, please also contact the helpdesk.

GymSports NZ Membership Spreadsheets

The Term 2 membership spreadsheets are due on 29 May – please make sure all forms are in on time to avoid late penalty fees. Membership spreadsheets should include:

• All you active term members (Membership Type: GFA /WAG/ MAG/ TRA/ RG)
• All your coaches (Membership Type: None)
• All your club volunteers + Judges (Membership Type: None)

Note: you do not get charged membership fees for coaches and volunteers, however, we do need this information for our reporting to Sport NZ.
