Our CEO Tony Compier took some time to travel around Waikato this month catching up with the Clubs and seeing gymnastics in action in the region.

This was a great opportunity for coaches and committee members to meet Tony. The Clubs enjoyed the chance to tell him about how they operate, their challenges and successes and gave a great insight into how small and medium-sized Clubs in more rural areas operate.

Up for discussion was the 2017 Waikato Regional Action Plan and in particular how each Club would be getting involved and how they would benefit from the outcomes of the plan.

Tony was impressed with the commitment and dedication of the local volunteers and the creative and inspiring ways they are delivering gymnastics in their communities.
