The Athletes’ Council wants to share that Jennifer Groom is stepping down as the aerobics representative on the council and as athlete advisor on the technical committee. She will however continue in 2025 as the co-opted judging advisor.

Balancing her new judging role alongside her teaching commitments means Jennifer can no longer dedicate the time required for the Athletes’ Council. She has been a key advocate for athlete voice since the athlete advisors were added to the technical committees, and her contributions will be greatly missed.

With this change, we are inviting expressions of interest for the aerobics athlete advisor position, to sit on the technical committee and council (to be co-opted to the committee for the remainder of 2025).
