Active Attitude filled their annual Aerobics camp this month with 23 athletes. The girls ranged in age from 10-17 and had a great time starting their new choreography for the year. A range of other activities were thrown in, to help with training and team-building.  These included swimming, diving, pilates, ballet, tumbling and a nutrition challenge.

The girls also went out for dinner as a team and had a sleepover at the gym. It wasn’t all blood, sweat and tears though, with the girls taking some time out with games much-loved pranks – the bucket challenge prank will go down as being the funniest part of the camp.

The camp was a great opportunity for the girls to meet new members of the Aerobics Academy and a chance to start the year off working as a team and setting goals for the competitive season ahead.
