Our sports offer movement opportunities for people of all ages. From pre-school through to adults. Recreational classes through to competitive programmes.

Competitive programmes all culminate in the annual Gymnastics Championships via a series of qualifying events up and down the country.

All recreational and competitive programmes are delivered through a wide network of Clubs.

Information for Parents – Encouraging Young Athletes

The number one reason children participate in sport is to have fun. Organised sports programmes are increasingly emphasizing winning while the “fun” aspect is being neglected. Research in sport psychology continues to demonstrate that when athletes have fun, they exert more effort. Effort directly influences their physical and psychological development, leading to performance enhancement.
